    • Click images, then click the plus button, find your images then upload them.
    How do I add a photo to my case?
    • Click and drag your image onto the red dashed rectangle box on the right.
    How do I add multiple photos?
    • Click collage, then select the template with the correct number of boxes. Drag these images individually onto the red dashed box on the right.

    • Select the rotate icon, positioned in the bottom left of the image.
    How do I change the size of an image?
    • Select the arrow icon, positioned in the bottom right of the image.
    How do I move an image?
    • Select the cross icon, positioned in the top right of the image.
    How do I delete an image I have added?
    • Select the trash bin icon, positioned in the top left of the image.
    Maximum printable size message?
    • The image you have uploaded is too small. You must upload a larger image. This will improve the print quality on your case.

    How do I add a filter to an image?
    • Click filters, then click and drag the filter onto the image you added to your case.
    How do I add a background color to my case?
    • Click colors, then select a color.
    How do I add personalized text to my case?
    • Click personalize, then enter text, choose a font, then format the text in the red dashed rectangle box on the right.

    • The undo and redo tool is positioned in the bottom left of the design tool.

    Entering the Coupon Code
    When do I apply the coupon code?

    • Once you have scrolled to the bottom of the page and selected United States of America as your region, added a design to your Amazon Fire 7 Case, you can then apply the coupon code at the shopping cart.
    Is the coupon code case-sensitive?
    • No, it will still work with lower and upper case.

    How to know if your coupon code been accepted
    • At the shopping cart, if the coupon code has been accepted and a ‘Coupon code “XXXXXXXXXXX” was applied’ message appears.
    • At the shopping cart and checkout, the grand total has been adjusted. The Coupon code is displayed.
    • At the checkout, no payment information is required.

    How to know if your coupon code not been accepted
    • You are not on the United States of America part of our website. Please scroll to the bottom of the page and select United States of America. Coupon codes will only be accepted if they are applied in the correct region.

    • Yes, the coupon code will deduct shipping and handling costs.
    What is the shipping method for the United States of America?
    • USPS is the shipping method and will be automatically selected once the coupon code has been applied.

    Tracking
    Where can I find the tracking number?
    • It will be displayed in the shipping email which you will receive once your order has been produced and shipped.
    How can I track the order?
    • Once you receive the shipping email, use the tracking number and you must visit the websites of your shipping couriers.
    Why does my order not contain a tracking number?
    • Orders without a tracking number have been received, however tracking is limited on some selected logistic providers, The order will arrive within the next 10 days.
